Ashutosh Tripath has been in the field of education since 2007. He has been awarded "Chairman's' Trophy for Young Manager" in the year 2007 and "Nehru Award" by the Managing Director, Bhilai Steel Plant.

Tripathi is a Member of Advisory Committee of SPICMACAY Chhattisgarh Chapter and has been identified as the Resource Person/Master Trainer by the Central Board of Secondary Education to implement the CCE system and to train all principals of CBSE schools across three states - Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand and Karnataka.

He has trained more than 200 principals and 600 teachers during the course. He has taken more than 35 workshops for CCE till date, for parents, teachers and students at various places.

2. Worked as Director for KPS Group at Raipur since 2007.
3. Key Member of Prime Minister Trophy winning team of Bhilai Steel Plant.
4. Conducted seminar & presentation at IIM Banglore on developing future leader in school education.
5. Participated in seminar & presentation at NIT Rachi on unlearning & relearning in contxt of large organization like SAIL.
6. Represented Bhilai Steel Plant team leader ad FICCI DELHI on corporate sustainability.
7. Conducted seminar on safety management ad Bokaro Steel Plant.
8. Conducted workshop for Principal of Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand & Karnataka as recourse person / Master trainer by CBSE Delhi to implement CCE System.
9. Participated in seminar & presentation at IIT Delhi on Future Ready School.
10. Written several Mathematic Books suitable for IIT_JEE Completive Exams.
11. Participated in seminar organized by Australian Council of Education Research at Brisbane Australia.
12. Participated in Educational Technical Training Program in France.
13. Participated in Technology Exchange Program in Vienna at Austria.
